Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 7 July 2026
Controller: Nona Consult LLC ("Fuyonet", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company operating fuyonet.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our hosting, virtual server, and dedicated server services (the "Services") and the fuyonet.com website. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account and contact information. Name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number, and login credentials.

Billing information. Billing address, invoices, and transaction records. Full payment card numbers are handled by our third-party payment processors — we do not store complete card data on our systems.

Service and technical data. IP addresses, server and access logs, resource-usage metrics, support tickets and correspondence, and information you submit when configuring the Services.

Customer Content. Files, databases, email, and other data you store on the Services. We treat Customer Content as confidential and do not access it except as necessary to provide, secure, or maintain the Services, to comply with law, or as you direct.

Website data. Cookies and similar technologies, and standard analytics data when you visit fuyonet.com.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, provision, and maintain the Services;
  • Process payments, billing, and renewals;
  • Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Monitor performance, security, and network integrity;
  • Send service-related and administrative communications;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and AUP.

3. Legal Bases and Purposes

We process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our legitimate business interests (such as security and fraud prevention), and with your consent where required.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers / subprocessors — payment processors, upstream data-center and network providers, domain registrars, email/SMS providers, and similar vendors, solely to provide the Services.
  • Legal and safety — to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful requests from authorities, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Fuyonet, our customers, and others (including responding to abuse complaints and reporting illegal content such as CSAM).
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Customer Content on terminated accounts may be deleted following termination; keep your own backups.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and of any Server you administer.

7. Cookies

The fuyonet.com website and control panel use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may impair functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process information in the U.S. and in the jurisdictions of our infrastructure providers. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us via our contact form. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and request correction, and have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Do Not Track

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard has been adopted.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website and the Services may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies separately.
