2. Test Run

Dress rehearsal before live cutover

Migration to a staging environment, smoke tests, DNS prepared with short TTL. Only once everything runs cleanly on staging do we switch to production.

3. Cutover & Rollback

Clear sequence with an emergency exit

Defined cutover window with a step-by-step plan. If anything goes wrong: documented rollback to the old system within minutes.
